Residency Week Kicks Off the Fall Semester
August is always an exciting time for the Master of Industrial Distribution (MID) students and faculty. During August, students and faculty meet for residency week which is an intensive one week program of study at the Texas A&M University campus in College Station, Texas. During the week, new students and current MID students meet their classmates and the industrial distribution faculty.
Faculty and special industry guests deliver an intense week of learning to include case studies, newest trends and research, team projects and activities, global distribution topics, and research study topic identification. Students also spend the week learning how to access and participate in online courses, as well as participating in fun-filled team building and networking activities that form relationships and a community of learners before the online program begins.
